Shipping & Delivery

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

  • Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process it. Orders placed during the week are usually processed within one working day, but orders placed on a Friday evening or at the weekend may take a little longer.
  • Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery takes an average of 5–12 working days.

Placing an order
The ordering process at Mae & Rose Jewels is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
Please check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click “Proceed to Checkout”. On the Information page, enter your address details and make sure all the information is correct. Then click “Continue to Shipping”.
On the Shipping page, you can review the address details you have entered. Every order is shipped completely free of charge.
Then click “Proceed to Payment”.
You can choose from several payment methods. At Mae & Rose Jewels, all payments are SSL-encrypted, so you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

  • Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
  • PayPal

Once you have selected your payment method, click “Complete Order” and you will be redirected to your chosen payment provider. Follow the instructions on that page to complete your order. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order, you can always contact us.

Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge, with no minimum order required.

Want to stay updated on the delivery of your package? You can track your order via our Track & Trace page. Tracking information is available online 1–3 days after your order has been dispatched.
